The good times keep rolling

Day after day, the markets continue to float up. We’re now in earnings season and the expected good reports should hold this market up for at least a couple of more weeks. When the correction comes and it will, I expect a nastier decline than what we’ve seen so far in this 13 month old bull market.
There are plenty of danger signs afoot including extreme overbought market conditions and too much optimism among short-term traders (usually a negative). However, we’ll let the trend be our friend and so far there seems to be little indication that this market is about to roll over.
